To enrich employees’ cultural life, strengthen communication and collaboration, and build greater cohesion across the organization, the Orient Group Labor Union organized a two-day team-building event titled “United in Spirit, Striving for the Orient Dream.” On September 20, employees were organized in two batches and visited Yayougou and Yunpu Dongtian Scenic Area in Shandong Province, where the event fostered a positive, dynamic, and harmonious atmosphere.

On the first day, the event took place at the Yayougou Scenic Area. Guided by professional coaches, employees were grouped into three teams to take on five themed challenge courses. The activities were designed to be both fun and demanding, and throughout the competitions, participants threw themselves into every task, collaborating closely and completing each challenge with energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork.

As part of the event, the Party General Branch of the Group arranged a special visit to the Yimeng Revolutionary Museum. Walking in the footsteps of history, employees revisited the hardships and triumphs of the revolutionary years, drawing strength from the Yimeng Spirit to inspire perseverance and progress in the new era.

On the second day, the team visited Yunpu Dongtian Scenic Area in Feixian County. Employees rekindled their childhood spirit at the children’s park, felt the rush of the rainbow slide, built trust on the suspension bridge, embraced adventure through water sports, and tested their limits with mountain rock climbing.

Over the two-day event, employees not only relaxed and recharged, but also strengthened friendships through shared journeys and collaborative challenges. The activities forged greater unity, fostered team spirit, and nurtured a strong sense of collective pride. Looking ahead, employees will bring the positive spirit and collaborative ethos demonstrated during the event back to their daily work. With renewed passion, high-spirited determination, and closer unity, they will transform this energy into a powerful driving force, contributing their wisdom and strength to the company’s harmony, stability, and high-quality development.
