Chairman of the Group Visits Thai Company and Attends First General Shareholders’ Meeting

On the afternoon of March 19, the Chairman of the Group arrived in Bangkok, Thailand, for a two-day market visit and to attend the first General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Group’s Thai joint venture company.

At 8:00 a.m. on March 20, accompanied by the Group’s General Manager and other representatives, the Chairman visited the Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone. The delegation toured TC-TOWN, the Investment Promotion Department of the Park, and nearby commercial areas developed by Chinese enterprises. The Park has been designated as one of the first national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zones and is now recognized as a prominent hub for Chinese investment in Thailand. It is expected to accommodate up to 300 enterprises and create as many as 100,000 jobs in the country.

The delegation then continued its visit to several other key industrial parks, including the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai Industrial Park, PINTHONG Industrial Park, Guangxi Zhengda Industrial Park, and WHA Industrial Zone. They also visited BYD and Haier’s ongoing construction projects in Thailand, and later conducted an on-site field study of the WHA-O block, which is currently under consideration for future collaboration.

After completing a full day of site visits, the delegation arrived at the temporary office of the Thai company, where the Chairman met warmly with team members. He took time to personally ask about each individual's work and living conditions, followed by a roundtable discussion. During the session, the Chairman first listened to a market research report on Thailand and then offered important guidance on the company’s strategic planning for the next five years.

On the afternoon of March 21, the Chairman, accompanied by the General Manager and other representatives, attended the first General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Thai company, held at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel. During the meeting, shareholders delivered key remarks, and the Chairman gave a keynote address. The meeting concluded on a successful note.
