To accelerate the modernization of management practices and enhance core competitiveness and operational efficiency, the company officially launched the ISO Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (referred to as the "Three Systems") certification review on July 25. A senior expert team from Beijing ZhongDaHuaYuan Certification Center was invited to conduct a comprehensive 11-day review of both Yongcheng Construction and Nanjing Shengzhu. The company's senior leadership, core management team, and key personnel from critical production roles attended the kick-off meeting and took part in the subsequent review process.

During the process, the expert team from the certification center employed various methods, including reviewing documents and records on-site, conducting in-depth interviews, observing practices, and performing random checks. They conducted a systematic and thorough evaluation of the leadership team’s performance, departmental operations, employee representatives, management of ongoing project sites, and environmental management. The purpose of the review was to comprehensively assess the compliance and effectiveness of the company’s existing management systems.

The "Three Systems" certification is an internationally recognized standard for enterprise management, and its continued implementation and certification are of significant strategic importance to the company. It not only plays a key role in refining the management system but also ensures the continued and effective operation of the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
